How to Apply

Everyone needing food must complete an application and have a photo ID. You must complete the application in person during the hand-out times scheduled and you must meet requirements set forth by the Atlanta Food Bank.

Our food hand-outs are twice a week and are scheduled as follows:

Tuesdays 11am - 12:30pm
Thursdays 11am - 12:30pm

Keep in mind all applicants may not receive a box until approved. If approved depending on the number of applicants already receiving a box you may need to be placed on a waiting list. Due to the current economic status we have seen an increase in applicants and our funds have decreased causing a waiting list to be created.

We will try to add you to the list as soon as possible.
Please do not call or come by the pantry until notified once your application has been submitted..
We are unable to help you until there is room on the waiting list and we will contact you as soon as there is availability.

Once approved and on the list you will be scheduled to pick-up your food box on a Tuesday or Thursday. You will receive one food box every week.


Emergency referrals will be handled as such and will receive food immediately although an application must still be filled out and approved to receive the weekly hand-out.
